Employee food service portal
Eurest is a part of Compass Group; one of the
world's largest providers of food services. Compass Group has clients in more
than 50 countries and a yearly turnover of more than 22 billion euro.
Eurest offers an extensive range of take-away
products through the Eurest@Home take-away concept. It was not
possible to make one large webshop for all of Eurest Denmark, as different
clients have different menus, services and products for sale. However making
individual webshops for each location would be quite costly. Using Orbit, however, it was possible to create a contract management platform that
allowed Eurest to initiate custom webshops at will, with the click of a button.
Yes - that's right. All features of a full webshop. The webshop is
auto-configured in a web frontend, but managed from Orbit.
Eurest is
now able to establish new webshops with no involvement from Secoya and with a
minimum of staff training. The entire implementation process from start to
finish was completed in 4 months.

Project manager with Compass Group Flemming Mikkelsen explains:
Throughout the project the dialogue with
Secoya has always been positive, constructive and with room for adjustments to
the solution along the way.
Eurest now has a very flexible solution which functions as a standard system, while actually providing custom websites for 140 locations. With the new B2C solution Eurest has gained a very important tool allowing us to participate in a very competitive market while providing us with a competitive edge to our closest competitors.
